Jim Ragan, father of Carol Ragan and husband to Arlene Ragan, passed away late Sunday night on November 6, 2011. He was the President of Carol’s Kitchen: Carol’s Kitchen is a non-profit organization dedicated to feeding the hungry in the San Gorgonio Pass.
