Our patients are usually traveling to surgery, chemotherapy, dialysis, and other medical treatments. Operation Kidz Komfort will also arrange transportation for families who are financially distressed, or who are in a time-critical, non-emergency situation due to their medical condition. Operation Kidz Komfort primarily serves patients needing transportation to or from their medical treatments. We are also members of the Air Care Alliance which is a group of organizations providing similar services throughout the United States. By coordinating with our partnering non profit organizations, Operation Kidz Komfort can arrange transportation for patients to longer destinations to other parts of the country.

Operation Kidz Komfort is financially supported primarily by our volunteers, who provide ground transport missions. They donate the use of their vehicles and operating expenses. Operation Kidz Komfort also receives contributions from individuals, corporations, service clubs, social, and religious groups. There is never a fee of any kind, either to the patient or the health care provider for Operation Kidz Komfort service.
